  • 2 large Garlic cloves minced
  • 1 small Green chillies
  • 1 large Tomato chopped
  • 2 tbsp Coriander powder
  • 1 tbsp Cayenne pepper
  • ¼ tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 cup Coconut milk
  • ¼ tsp Tamarind paste or ¼ cup tamarind water (or 1 tbsp lemon juice)
  • 2 tbsp Cilantro chopped
  • ½ tsp Kosher salt
  • ¼ tsp Black pepper powder

  • In a skillet, sauté the onion and garlic until translucent. Add the chopped chilies and tomatoes and sauté for a minute. Then, add the spices and coconut milk. Season with salt and pepper. Add the tamarind water or paste Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
