Marzipan is a delicious candy made from almonds and sugar. Often made during Christmas as candy or marzipan fruits or during Easter as marzipan eggs. You can make cooked or uncooked marzipan. This here is the uncooked marzipan recipe that takes five minutes to make.

  • 500 grams Cashews or Almonds
  • 1 kg Powdered sugar Icing sugar
  • 1/4 cup Rose water

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl 
  • Lightly knead to form a ball
  • Cover with cling wrap and let sit for 30 minutes
  • Color with food gel colors as desired
  • Make marzipan candy using marzipan molds, You can also mold marzipan fruits by hand
