½ kg Mutton Goat meat 2 tablespoon Ghee or oil 1 cup Onions chopped 1 teaspoon Garlic minced 1 tablespoon Ginger minced 2 Green chillies chopped 1 teaspoon Rice flour 4 Cloves 4 Cardamoms 2 inch Cinnamon 1 Potato cubed 1 Carrot diced ½ teaspoon Salt 1 teaspoon Black pepper 1 cup Stock mutton or chicken
Saute Saute the onions in ghee until translucent.
Add ginger, garlic and green chillies - cook until onions are almond golden brown
Add the par-boiled mutton and fry for 5 minutes
Next, add the prepared spice powder and flour to the mixture and continue stirring
Add the crushed pepper and mutton stock.
Let come to a boil then add potatoes and carrots
Cover and cook the mutton stew until the potatoes are tender
Taste and adjust seasoning.
